返品・交換に関する特約事項
当店で取り扱う商品は、長い年月を経て北欧の家庭で大切にされてきたアンティークおよびヴィンテージ（ユーズド品）です。

返品の可否
商品の性質上、お客様都合による返品・交換・キャンセルは原則としてお受けしておりません。
経年による摩耗、微細な傷、製造時の凹凸、使用感などはアンティーク特有の風合い（魅力）としてご理解いただいた上で、お買い求めいただけますようお願い申し上げます。

例外的な対応
商品説明に記載のない明らかな欠陥（輸送中の破損を除く）や、ご注文と異なる商品が届いた場合に限り、返品・返金の対応をさせていただきます。商品到着後3日以内に、お写真と共にメールにてご連絡ください。

お受け取り辞退（受取拒否）について
発送後、お客様のご都合や「輸入消費税・関税の支払い拒否」等の理由によりお受け取りを辞退され、商品がスウェーデンへ返送された場合、往復の国際送料および実費諸経費をお客様にご負担いただきます。

ご購入前のお願い
商品の状態（貫入、色の濃淡、カトラリー跡など）について気になる点がございましたら、ご購入前に必ずお問い合わせフォームよりご連絡ください。ご納得いただいた上でご購入いただけるよう、お答えいたします。

Special Terms Regarding Returns and Exchanges

The items in our store are antiques and vintage (pre-owned) pieces that have been cherished in Nordic homes over many years.

Return Policy Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for customer-initiated reasons. Please understand that age-related wear, minor scratches, manufacturing irregularities, and signs of use are part of the charm and character inherent to antique items.

Exceptions We will accept returns and issue refunds only in cases where there is an obvious defect not described in the product listing (excluding damage during shipping), or if an incorrect item was delivered. Please contact us by email with photographs within 3 days of receiving your order.

Refusal of Delivery If a package is returned to Sweden due to refusal of delivery or refusal to pay import consumption tax or customs duties, the customer will be responsible for all round-trip international shipping costs and any associated expenses.

Before You Purchase If you have any concerns about the condition of an item (crazing, color variation, cutlery marks, etc.), please contact us via the inquiry form before placing your order. We are happy to answer your questions so you can purchase with confidence.
