This is a small Art Nouveau cup and saucer.
The cup has a diameter of approximately 5.5 cm (D) and a height of approximately 5 cm (H), and the saucer has a diameter of approximately 11 cm (D).
The round-shaped cup has a subtle touch of green at the bottom. The curved handle of the saucer is a charming detail.
The saucer also has a round leaf-like shape. Although it may be difficult to see in the photos, the saucer features very delicate relief work, resembling leaf veins.
The design was created by Pietro Krohn (1840-1905), a painter, illustrator, theater director, and museum director. All of his many titles are related to visual arts.
As an antique, there is some wear due to age, but it is in beautiful, good condition.
No noticeable major scratches or damage are observed.
