We're not sure if such a person exists, but for those of you who have been waiting for a miniature silver teapot, your wait is over.
Made of 830 silver. The height with the handle raised is approximately 5.2 cm H, the height of the main body from the bottom of the pot to the lid is approximately 3.5 cm H, and the width of the body including the spout is approximately 4.8 cm W. It weighs approximately 52g.
Why did the silversmith at GEWE silver workshop in Malmö, a city in southern Sweden, create this in 1981?
Perhaps it was a commission from a prestigious family of squirrels?
The spout is a lion? Or an animal's face, and it's very lively. I think it even has teeth.
There are signs of age and wear, but the handle moves smoothly, and the lid opens and closes without issue. We can't guarantee it makes delicious tea, but it can certainly pour liquid from the spout like a proper teapot.
The decoration on the body is also beautiful.
