The cup measures approximately 6.6 cm in diameter, 6.4 cm in height, and 8.8 cm in width including the handle. The saucer measures approximately 14 cm in diameter and 2.6 cm in height.
The cup is from 1960, and the saucer is from 1959.
The name of the violet is "Viola Umbrosa Fr." on the bottom of the cup.
I tried to find its Japanese name, but couldn't.
It's a pale purple violet with no noticeable markings on its petals.
I did a lot of research but couldn't find it. It's a shame.
As this is a vintage item, there may be minor wear and small scratches due to use and age.
However, there are no noticeable damages or major scratches, and it is in good vintage condition.
