The original design by Paul Walther dates back to 1909.

These are Toucans. They stand approximately 30.5 cm high.

The model number on the reverse is Y177.

The embossed number 8 and painter number 1 are discernible.

It's as if they are deep in thought. The eyes of a sage.

It's fascinating how intelligence resides in the eyes of a porcelain bird.

There are signs of wear and small scratches due to age.

No significant damage is noted, and it remains in good, clean antique condition.
