憑依型掃除

Possession-type cleaning

The year-end cleaning that I knew I had to do.
The problem was that I had absolutely no motivation, so I kept putting it off, but then something strange happened the other day.
When I woke up, I was sleep-deprived and had no intention of cleaning, but immediately after washing my face, I started cleaning impulsively.
The grout in the bathroom tiles, then the floor of the other bathroom, the toilet, and the plumbing. The kitchen plumbing, the range hood. The chaos in the laundry room.
I wasn't using my own brain to decide what to do next or how, but as if programmed, once one spot was finished, I was led to the next cleaning area, and I worked mindlessly.
Finally, I even started organizing products in my office, which I hadn't planned to do, and completed two cardboard boxes worth.
It was a day where I couldn't understand my own actions at all.
...Was I possessed by something?
Something possessed me. Someone descended. Someone extremely capable.
They manipulated me and did the work.

For a while now, I've watched many documentaries about World War II back-to-back.
In one of them, I learned about the "Fukuryu" (crouching dragon) for the first time, which was used near the end of the war.
The word "Fukuryu" itself, from the "Records of the Three Kingdoms," refers to Zhuge Liang.
It describes a dragon lurking in a pond, waiting for the opportune moment to ascend.
It's a metaphor for an excellent person who is not yet known to the world.
The Japanese military's Fukuryu was tragically far from the original meaning of the word.
Just as I was feeling submerged and unable to surface, this mysterious forced cleaning program descended, bringing me back to everyday life.
Even if you're feeling down, dust still accumulates, and nothing comes of it.
But still... the unresolved feelings don't disappear.

Is it about knowing and learning?
For someone who can't even get themselves to clean, to speak of "knowing" and "learning" is quite embarrassing, and a higher level of consciousness is essential.

A dragon lurking in a pond, waiting for the opportune moment to ascend.
I'll make this image my good luck charm for next year.
When I feel like I'm being swept away.
The dragon's cold, calm eyes stare intently👁👁. ← Scary.

May you all have a healthy and happy new year🐲🐲🐲.
