The form is Ozierrelief.
To identify the name "globe-flowered vetch" (Tamasaki Kusafuji), I searched for pink legume flowers. It looks like a cluster of common vetch. I initially thought the yellow flowers were tall goldenrod, but they seemed a bit too elegantly bloomed. They might be different flowers.
Before 1924. Julius Eduard Braunsdorf (1841-1922), who was also a watercolor painter, brought an impressive style of painting to Meissen.
With his unique gentle, soft hues and expression of light, flowers and insects became motifs that seemed to melt into the porcelain.
The painters must have been amazed. And I imagine they honed their craft, burning with artistic passion, to master the naturalistic style of painting. (My speculation)
There is wear and tear and small scratches due to age, but no noticeable damage, and it is in good antique condition.
