Between meditation and delusion

Several significant rainfalls have occurred, and the vast amount of snow is melting at an incredible pace.
The sound of the long-awaited rain at night kept me from sleeping.
It's strange how accustomed my ears have become to the silent snow, that even the sound of rain seems incredibly loud.
My little one's toys, which were buried under the snow in the garden, are now appearing in droves.
Oh. Long time no see. So, that's where you were.
I feel the days getting longer and brighter, day by day.
Ah, what joy.
It's March.

Due to lack of sleep from the rain and chronic lack of exercise, my shoulders and neck have become stiff and rigid.
As I mumbled about wanting to soak in a hot spring while my child massaged my stiff shoulders, I was told, "Why don't you try yoga?"
Yoga….
It was like planning to drink a Coke and then being offered hot water instead.
I can't do it.
First, I can't even reach the point of wanting to do yoga.
It's too far to see.
Ah, for this distant journey.

Then, another person's advice: "What about meditation? It's good."
Impossible. I'm comfortable being immersed in these distracting thoughts!!
I'm great at fantasies and getting lost in thought, though.
A chaotic journey of runaway fantasies. Meditation is out of the question. Unfortunately, I'll have to give up.

At the very least, I'm thinking of trying some stretches during walks with my neighbor's 3-year-old Pomeranian 🐶.
