人んちの プールとボートで セレブ気分 by.桜

Feeling like a celebrity with someone else's pool and boat. -Sakura

According to Aunt Kikki, a mushroom foraging expert, the forest is currently having a mushroom festival. On her way back from the forest, she shared some mushrooms with us.
After that, the 14-year-old boy cleaned the mushrooms to make his favorite mushroom cream spaghetti.
He used a mushroom brush, which is a knife and brush combined specifically for mushrooms, to remove moss, pine needles, and dirt, making them clean.
His labor was rewarded with dinner. He ate three servings.
Thank you, Aunt Kikki.

The haiku in the title was written by an 11-year-old girl reflecting on her summer vacation.
I was impressed by how she enjoyed her long summer vacation, without complaining to her parents who hadn't planned any trips, and making the most of it through her own efforts and the help of others.
One day, she was allowed to play in the pool at her friend's stepsister's grandparents' "huge house" (even though the stepsister's daughter was a complete stranger to the grandparents, haha).
On another day, she was invited to a full-day cruising and barbecue on a friend's family boat.
👴: Grandma, who's that child playing in our pool...?
👵: She's a friend of our granddaughter's stepsister, Grandpa.
(Even though I've never met them) Thank you, Grandpa and Grandma.

The uncle from the house across the street offered the 14-year-old boy a job cleaning the garden, and the 14-year-old boy, who earned money from his labor, was all smiles and very satisfied.
It was truly a good experience of working hard and earning his keep.
Thank you, Uncle Louis.

I am grateful to have so many kind people around me.
Being surrounded by good people might be the greatest treasure of all.
